Bringing the Coffee Farm to Everyone
For over 12 years, the NESCAFÉ Plan has been transforming the lives of Filipino coffee farmers, but truly appreciating its impact required visiting a farm firsthand. When COVID-19 Pandemic lockdowns in 2021 made that impossible, we found a way to bring the farm experience to the people.
Using Augmented Reality (AR), we created the NESCAFÉ fARm Filter, an interactive Instagram and Facebook experience that immersed users in an interactive tour of three NESCAFÉ coffee farm scenarios. With simple gestures, users could unlock surprise animations and discover how their daily cup of NESCAFÉ helps sustain Filipino farmers.
The campaign exceeded expectations, reaching 13 million people, driving a 38.8% market share increase, and boosting NESCAFÉ’s brand perception as a champion of Filipino coffee farmers by 67%—all with just a simple AR filter.
